Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team at our Richmond, IN. Under the supervision of a licensed dentist, you will provide high-quality dental hygiene services that support our whole-person care model.

Dental Hygienist Key Responsibilities

  • Perform hygiene care under an Access Practice Agreement when applicable
  • Complete all hygiene duties as directed by the supervising dentist
  • Obtain dental histories; assess, document, and maintain patient records
  • Prepare patients for dental examinations
  • Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and disease management
  • Perform scaling and make appropriate referrals
  • Recommend community resources and support continuity of care
  • Follow infection control, OSHA, and CLIA standards
  • Maintain licensure, CPR certification, and ongoing professional development
  • Protect patient confidentiality and comply with all agency policies
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, committees, and other duties as assigned

Dental Hygienist Qualifications

  • Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program
  • Current Indiana Dental Hygiene License
  • Two years of experience preferred
