REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Education: Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from a school accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) Required License: An unrestricted Dental Hygiene License from the Kentucky Board of Dentistry. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS During the academic year, travel with the mobile unit across the service area for scheduled days of service each week. Outside of the academic year, employee will provide float coverage across all sites, as assigned. WORK HOURS 37.5 hours SALARY $32.50 - $46.23 per hour, based on experience.
