Now Hiring: Dental Hygienist in Arlington, Virginia
Frontline Source Group is hiring a licensed Dental Hygienist on behalf of a private dental practice in Arlington, Virginia. The role starts as part-time at 2 to 4 days per week with a defined path to full-time hours and benefits. The practice runs Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with no evenings and no weekends. Our client is a brand new, modern Arlington office accepting interviews now for an immediate start.

What you will do as the Dental Hygienist:
Perform adult and pediatric cleaning, scaling, root planning, and polishing
Capture and review digital X-rays and CBCT scans as directed
Co-diagnose emergency patients with the doctor and manage chair time efficiently
Follow practice protocols for clinical care, infection control, and scheduling
Educate patients on home care, periodontal health, and recommended treatment
Support case presentation and treatment plan acceptance through clear communication
Meet daily and weekly production targets while delivering excellent patient care
Requirements to apply:
Active Virginia Dental Hygiene License (RDH)
Current Virginia local anesthesia certification
Current BLS or CPR certification
Strong communication skills with patients and team members
Reliable, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced clinical environment
Team-oriented with a commitment to practice success
Preferred qualifications:
2 or more years of clinical hygiene experience
Familiarity with Oryx cloud-based dental practice management software
Experience presenting treatment plans and supporting case acceptance
Comfort with digital X-rays and CBCT workflow
Schedule, location, and compensation:
Location: Arlington, Virginia
Schedule: 2 to 4 days per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Employment type: Part-time with a defined path to full-time
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
