Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team at our Clayton office. We are a patient-focused, team-driven practice committed to providing high-quality care while creating a positive and supportive environment for both our team members and patients.

This role supports one column of hygiene, allowing you to focus on delivering thorough, personalized care and building meaningful relationships with your patients.

Location: Clayton, NC (31 Oleander Dr, Clayton, NC 27527)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

In this role, you’ll partner closely with our doctors to provide comprehensive, high-quality care, including preventative services, periodontal maintenance, and patient education. You’ll play an essential role in helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles while building meaningful, long-term relationships. With a one-column hygiene schedule, you’ll have the time and autonomy to focus on delivering personalized care without feeling rushed.

To be successful in this role, candidates must hold a current North Carolina Dental Hygienist license and have completed a Dental Hygiene program (Associate’s degree or certificate). A positive attitude, flexibility, and a commitment to patient confidentiality and high standards of care are essential.

Requirements

• Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of North Carolina
• Completion of an accredited Dental Hygiene program (Associate’s degree or certificate required)
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow compliance protocols
• Flexibility and willingness to support office needs with a positive attitude
