Compensation: $20 – $22 per hour (DOE) + Monthly Team Performance Bonus!
Schedule: * Mon–Thu: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Fri: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Start your weekend early!)

We are looking for a Dental Receptionist who thrives in a high-volume, high-energy environment. You are the "Director of First Impressions," ensuring that every patient who walks through our doors feels heard, cared for, and informed.

Patient Advocacy: Greet patients, manage a multi-line phone system, and serve as the expert guide for insurance benefits and treatment financing.
Strategic Scheduling: Manage and optimize the daily schedule to ensure we can accommodate same-day emergencies without compromising flow.
Financial Mastery: Collect co-pays, present treatment estimates clearly, and follow up on outstanding balances to keep the practice healthy.
Clinical Partnership: Coordinate closely with our dentists and assistants to ensure every operatory is utilized and every patient moves through their visit smoothly.
Experience: Previous dental office experience is highly preferred, especially with Denticon and insurance verification.
Bilingual Preferred: Ability to assist our diverse patient base in both English and Spanish is a major plus.

Communication Skills: Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to discuss financial options (like CareCredit) with empathy and clarity.
