Dental Front Desk Patient Coordinator

Pueblo, CO | Full-Time | Monday–Thursday + Fridays as Needed (8a-5pm)

What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help create a welcoming and positive experience while ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
  • Verifying dental insurance benefits and eligibility
  • Collecting co-pays, payments, and outstanding balances
  • Managing patient communications and follow-up calls
  • Assisting patients with questions regarding treatment and insurance coverage
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
  • Supporting daily front office operations and team initiatives
  • Delivering an exceptional patient experience with every interaction

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

  • Experienced in dental front office operations
  • Knowledgeable in patient scheduling and insurance verification
  • Comfortable discussing financial responsibilities and collecting payments
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Compassionate and patient-focused
  • Able to prioritize tasks and maintain a sense of urgency
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
  • Committed to providing outstanding customer service

Experience working with PPO, Fee-for-Service (FFS), and Medicaid patients is highly preferred.

Pay Range: USD $19.00 - USD $22.00 /Yr.
