We’re hiring a Dental Director in New Port Richey, Florida who wants executive leadership impact, mission-driven work, and significant loan repayment.
You’ll step into an outpatient clinical leadership role overseeing dental operations while continuing to provide direct patient care. You’ll guide clinical strategy, mentor providers, and collaborate with executive leadership to drive quality outcomes in a community-focused setting.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary ranging from $173,000 to $225,000
