Responsibilities:
- The number one thing is to have a positive attitude!
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Take dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following dental treatment
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
- Apply sealants, do coronal polishing
- Perform various office tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing billing and insurance claims
- Maintain a clean and organized dental office environment

We offer SDF, which is an option to help slow the growth of cavities until kids are old enough to cooperate for fillings, and an alternative type of crown that can be placed without numbing or drilling. In this way we are able to avoid GA in some cases, which parents appreciate.
