You will be responsible for the following:

• Assist our pediatric dentists during a variety of dental procedures
• Help create a fun, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every child
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical records
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain proper infection control protocols
• Work collaboratively with teammates to keep the day running smoothly

You will be required to possess the following:

• Previous Pediatric Dental Assisting experience is required
• Oregon EFDA certification is a plus, but not required
• Current Oregon X-Ray Certification (or ability to obtain if required)
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced pediatric environment
• Must be flexible to travel between our Medford, Grants Pass, and Ashland locations as needed
