  • Schedule and confirm appointments using practice management software
  • Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries in a warm, professional manner
  • Support billing, supply ordering, and other office tasks as directed
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Iowa EFDA certification or Iowa Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) registration, issued by the Iowa Board of Dental Examiners — either credential is welcome
  • Current Iowa Dental Assistant Registration required
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Calm, patient-centered presence
  • Detail-oriented and precise; you follow protocols carefully and never cut corners
  • Strong proficiency with dental practice management software and digital radiography
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages and your colleagues alike
  • Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated with a genuine commitment to continuous learning
  • Adaptable to new technology, workflows, and business practices as the practice evolves
  • Team oriented mindset and a warm, welcoming personality that fits a community-focused practice
What We Offer
