Opportunity Knocks for Exceptional Dental Assistant


Do you have what it takes to make a difference in people’s lives every day?  Are you passionate about education and dental care?  Do you want to feel valued by your doctor, your team, AND your patients?  Our well-established, restorative practice is growing and we’re looking for just the right person to join our highly motivated team - are you the one?  The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of assisting experience, be willing to learn new things and be flexible, open, and honest.  Eaglesoft  software and digital radiography knowledge are also a plus.  In return for your exceptional patient skills and attitude, we offer a rewarding compensation package with other benefits.  We are seeking a four day position, Monday - Thursday.

Responsibilities 
  • Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
  • Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
  • Take vital signs and accurately record medical history
  • Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures
  • Assist the dentist during procedures and exams
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
  • Schedule appointments

  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to provide high-quality patient care
