A well-established general dentistry practice in Decatur is looking for a skilled, reliable Dental Assistant who shares this mission. We use modern technology, including digital X-rays and intraoral scanning, in a practice that values genuine patient relationships as much as clinical excellence.

What You'll Do
- Assist chairside during a wide range of general dental procedures
- Take and process digital X-rays
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories to strict infection-control standards
- Take digital intraoral scans as needed
- Communicate clearly and warmly with patients to help them feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care
- Maintain accurate clinical records in Dentrix
- Support inventory management and supply ordering as needed
What We're Looking For
- Current dental assistant certification/registration (GA requirements) — X-ray certification required
- 1+ years of chairside experience preferred
- Comfortable with digital technology (intraoral scanners, digital imaging)
- A genuine passion for patient education and building trust with patients
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player in a fast-paced environment
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
