The Service Assistant reports to the General and Restaurant Managers, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization inside and outside the restaurant, including tables, restrooms, and exterior areas.
Key responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing tables, checking restrooms, maintaining curb appeal, operating dish machines, stocking supplies, and assisting with deep cleaning duties. They must respond courteously to guest requests, adhere to brand standards, and support team members proactively.
Essential functions involve lifting up to 50 lbs, working inside and outside, standing for long periods, handling chemicals safely, and working in temperature-variable environments.
