The Service Assistant reports to the General and Restaurant Managers, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant's interior and exterior.
Key duties include cleaning and sanitizing tables, restrooms, and work areas, stocking supplies, and ensuring the restaurant is inviting and safe for guests and staff.
They assist with dishwashing, spill cleanup, and stock rotation, while adhering to brand standards and policies.
Essential functions involve lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, working inside and outside, handling chemicals safely, and providing courteous guest service.
Qualifications include teamwork, flexibility, good grooming, and guest service skills. Must pass training, work varied schedules, and respect diversity.
