Job Title: Delivery Specialist Department: Traffic FLSA Status: Non-exempt Reports To: Branch Manager BK
Summary Professionally and safely pick up and deliver equipment following all DOT requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Safely deliver/pick up equipment to customers as scheduled
Load and unload equipment safely
Properly secure loads without damage
Ensure product is delivered clean and maintained
Perform final quality checks on all new, used, and repaired equipment prior to delivery
Review completed repairs with customer and demonstrate proper function, provide customer with delivery packet, have customer acknowledge receipt of equipment
Communicate customer feedback to appropriate people
Maintain trucks and trailers: routine maintenance, safety, and cleanliness
DOT Requirements
Understand and adhere to all DOT requirements
Accurately maintain DOT log books
Maintain a clean Class A driver’s license
General Duties
Clean and organize yard
Assist in shop and warehouse as needed

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or GED.
Valid/clean driver’s license – Class A
Occasional overnight travel
