We are seeking a high-impact Delivery Manager based in the San Francisco Bay Area with previous Google experience.
This role sits at the intersection of Delivery excellence, Stakeholder management and Solutions development. Acting as both an operational quarterback, and a trusted strategic advisor to key stakeholders.

What You'll Do
Client Delivery Oversight
Serve as the delivery manager embedded with Google Bay Area stakeholders, building deep trust and strong day-to-day partnerships
Oversee delivery quality across sites, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and measurable value
Partner with delivery leads to identify and mitigate risks proactively, escalate when needed, and support end-to-end resolution
Align with COE delivery managers across North America on standards, capacity, and performance
Stakeholder Management & Engagement
Own day-to-day and mid-level stakeholder relationships and become a trusted advisor
Lead client meetings and drive stakeholder satisfaction metrics
Develop a strong understanding of client priorities, business challenges, and organizational dynamics
Anticipate client needs proactively
Track relationship health, risks, and expansion opportunities
Solutions Architecture & Pipeline Development
Act as a solutions-oriented thought partner by creating POVs, capability narratives, and POCs
Translate delivery insights into differentiated proposals and growth opportunities
Collaborate with sales leadership and delivery managers
Develop solution frameworks and business cases
Support opportunity shaping, RFP responses, and deal qualification
Internal Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
Contribute to business reviews (QBRs) and strategic account planning
Provide insights on client sentiment and market/competitive dynamics
Support delivery teams by elevating delivery quality and strengthening client engagement
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Previous Google experience
8+ years of experience in delivery management, account management, or client-facing leadership roles
Proven ability to manage complex delivery programs with accountability for quality, timelines, and outcomes
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with confidence and credibility at all levels
Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and grow opportunities within accounts
Ability to think architecturally and translate business problems into solution narratives
Excellent communication skills and executive presence
Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in digital transformation, enterprise software delivery, AI/data services, managed services, or product engineering
Solutions architecture or pre-sales experience, including POV creation and capability deck development
