About the Role
The Delivery Lead, Global Data Projects is responsible for driving the successful execution of key workstreams within a large-scale enterprise data migration program. Reporting to the Program Lead, you will ensure delivery excellence across complex, globally distributed teams while maintaining alignment to enterprise transformation objectives.

This role is ideal for a delivery-focused leader who thrives in complex, matrixed environments and brings deep experience in data platform modernization and enterprise-scale program execution.
Key Responsibilities Workstream Leadership & Execution
  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of assigned workstreams within a multi-year global data platform migration.
  • Translate program objectives into clear delivery plans, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, migration strategy, and business priorities.
  • Drive execution across global teams, removing blockers and maintaining momentum.
Delivery Oversight
  • Provide structured delivery leadership for initiatives leveraging Azure Data Services, Snowflake, and Databricks.
  • Oversee migration of data pipelines, models, integrations, and analytics layers (e.g., Power BI).
  • Ensure adherence to delivery processes, technical standards, and enterprise patterns.
  • Identify and escalate process gaps impacting execution.
  • Partner closely with engineering, architecture, and platform teams to support feasibility and quality.
  • Collaborate with data governance and quality teams to embed compliance, metadata, and policy standards.
Cross?Functional Coordination
  • Align global business and technical teams to ensure readiness and adoption.
  • Manage interdependencies across workstreams and program milestones.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and decision-making forums.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
  • Serve as the primary contact for workstream updates, risks, and decisions.
  • Deliver clear, concise reporting to senior stakeholders and leadership.
  • Translate technical delivery progress into business-impact narratives.
  • Build strong relationships across regions to drive engagement and success.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise governance, privacy, and security standards.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and blockers.
  • Maintain required documentation and audit-ready compliance artifacts.
Delivery Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Apply Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies suited to enterprise transformation.
  • Track metrics to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes.
  • Continuously improve processes, collaboration, and communication.
  • Support organizational change management for adoption of new data capabilities.
Required Qualifications
  • 8–12+ years leading delivery of data or technology initiatives in large, global organizations.
  • Proven ability to build and execute delivery plans to successful, on-time completion.
  • Hands-on experience delivering data platform or analytics initiatives using Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data architectures and migration strategies.
  • Experience working across multiple regions and matrixed organizational structures.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, ServiceNow.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in global retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods industries.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Scrum Master.
  • Experience with large-scale cloud or data modernization programs.
  • Familiarity with data mesh, federated governance, or data product models.
