About the Role
As a Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for the safe and professional delivery of finished cutting dies and related products to our customers across an assigned multi-state route. This is an on-call position - shifts are scheduled based on production output and customer delivery windows rather than a fixed weekly schedule. Drivers typically depart between 9–10 PM, with shifts ranging from 2.5 to 10 hours depending on the route.

What You'll Do
Load and unload finished cutting dies into delivery vehicles and at customer docking/storage areas on a regular, repetitive basis
Follow assigned delivery routes accurately and efficiently
Obtain customer signatures and maintain accurate delivery records
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; refuel and maintain assigned vehicles
Represent Stafford professionally at all times, adhering to company dress code
Report any delivery issues, incidents, or concerns to the appropriate supervisor
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to regularly lift, carry, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs - loading and unloading cutting dies is a core, physically demanding part of this role
Ability to drive extended distances (routes may be up to 10 hours)
Must be available on an on-call basis with late-evening/overnight departures (typically 9–10 PM)
