We are looking for a professional, safety-minded Non-CDL Driver to handle local deliveries and equipment transport. As the face of our company on the road, you will ensure our products reach customers safely and on time. When not making deliveries, you will support our depot team with yard and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Safely operate company vans and flatbed vehicles for local deliveries and pickups
  • Load and unload fencing materials (panels, posts, gates, hardware, etc.) by hand or with basic equipment such as dollies and carts
  • Ensure loads are properly secured and materials are protected during transport
  • Provide professional, courteous service at delivery and pickup locations
  • Accurately verify orders and delivery documentation
  • Maintain a clean and road‑ready vehicle, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns
  • Assist yard team with staging, organizing, and restocking materials
  • Follow all company safety policies and maintain situational awareness in the yard and on the road
  • Support the operations team as needed for inventory counts and general upkeep

Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (non‑CDL)
  • Experience with fencing materials, construction supply, or outdoor building products preferred
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs routinely and work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and customer focus
  • Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑moving environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is advantageous
