KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Safely operate company vehicles for deliveries
· Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
· Ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery documentation (packing slips, manifests, signatures)
· Maintain clean and organized delivery trucks and warehouse areas
· Assist in receiving shipments and stocking shelves
· Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
· Follow company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations
· Communicate professionally with customers upon delivery
· Perform VMI scanning and put away and/or vending
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required)
· Ability to obtain and maintain DOT Medical Certification and chauffer’s license
· Previous warehouse, material handling, or delivery driving experience preferred
· Ability to operate or become certified to operate forklifts and material handling equipment
· Basic computer or handheld scanner experience is a plus
· Experience driving Sprinters and Cube trucks

· Maintain a high level of accuracy in order picking and deliveries
· Uphold strong customer service practices during all interactions
· Adhere to all safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents immediately
· Be flexible and willing to support warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
· Represent the company brand positively at customer sites
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. regularly
· Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
· Ability to work in various environments (indoor warehouse, outdoor conditions during deliveries)
· Comfortable operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
WORK SCHEDULE: 5-day work week, Monday thru Friday, with an occasional weekend requirement for special projects or customer deliveries. Some overtime possibly required to meet customer and company needs. Shifts are determined by the manager and can start as early as 6:00am and can end as late as 6:00 pm
ROLE:
The Driver/Material Handler plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate, safe, and timely delivery and handling of electrical and industrial products. This hybrid position supports both warehouse operations and customer deliveries, maintaining high standards of service, safety, and professionalism.
