Job Description
Delivery Drivers and Bikers are offered full-time or part-time positions. As a member of the Chick-fil-A family, you will help uphold our high standards of presentation, service, safety, and care while delivering orders to our guests.
The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and able to demonstrate Chick-fil-A hospitality in every guest interaction. Clear communication through our delivery application, by phone and/or in-person is essential to meeting guest expectations outside the restaurant.
Delivery team members may complete deliveries by motor vehicle or bicycle, depending on their assigned role, delivery area, weather conditions, and operational needs. All delivery vehicles and bicycles are provided and maintained by the Restaurant. Team Members are not required to use their personal vehicle or bicycle.

Delivery Driver/BikerResponsibilities
Represen Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and culture at the highest level.
Deliver guest orders safely, accurately, and promptly by vehicle or bicycle.
Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and delivery best practices.
Verify that orders are complete and properly packaged before leaving the restaurant.
Handle food and beverages carefully to preserve food quality, presentation, and temperature.
Communicate clearly and professionally with guests through the delivery application, by phone, or in person.
Provide attentive and courteous service while addressing guest questions or concerns.
Protect and uphold the Chick-fil-A brand during every delivery interaction.
Maintain cleanliness and operational excellence in delivery vehicles, bicycles, equipment, delivery bags, and the delivery assembly area.
Meet with the shift supervisor to receive assigned delivery responsibilities and additional duties.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must have a reliable smartphone with an active data plan and GPS capability.
Drivers must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license.
Drivers must maintain a safe driving record and follow all applicable vehicle and insurance requirements.
Bikers must be comfortable operating a bicycle safely in an urban environment and under varying traffic and weather conditions.
Must be able to safely carry and transport delivery bags weighing approximately 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand, walk, ride, lift, bend, and move for extended periods.
Must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
Must be able to work independently while maintaining communication with restaurant leadership.
Must be able to safely navigate the assigned delivery area.
Previous delivery, driving, biking, hospitality, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.
