Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and professionalDelivery Driverto join our team in Amarillo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering paint and supplies to area paint and body shops using a company-provided truck. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver paint, supplies, and equipment to customers within the designated area.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each delivery.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations to ensure safe operation of the vehicle.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old (due to insurance requirements).
- Clean background (background check required).
- Clean driving record (driving record check required).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 pounds).
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, But a Plus):
- Previous experience in delivery or logistics.
- Familiarity with the Amarillo area.
- Experience in the automotive refinish or commercial markets.
