Job Description

Were looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Delivery Driver to join our team in Palm Bay, United States. As a Delivery Driver, youll play a crucial role in ensuring our products reach our valued customers in a timely and efficient manner.

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to customers homes or businesses
• Load and unload packages, ensuring proper handling of items to prevent damage
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
• Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
• Conduct basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from recipients
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
• Process cash, check, and credit card payments for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders
• Assist with inventory management and stock organization as needed

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Commercial Drivers License (CDL) may be required depending on vehicle type
• Previous delivery or driving experience preferred
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using GPS and navigation tools
• Basic math skills for processing payments and managing inventory
• Physical stamina and strength to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail for accurate deliveries and record-keeping
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
