Compensation & Rewards

Earning Potential:

Our drivers earn a competitive split tip wage which consists of a base cash wage plus tips, guaranteed to meet or exceed the applicable state minimum wage.

• Tip Wage: Delivery Experts earn a base hourly tip wage of $8.00 per hour.
• Minimum Guaranteed Earnings: When combined with earned tips, your hourly rate is guaranteed to meet or exceed the state minimum wage of $12.77 per hour.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have valid U.S. employment authorization.
• Must have a valid drivers license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that passes regular safety inspections and can be used for delivery.
• Safety Monitoring: Must be willing to have a video monitor (Netradyne) installed in your vehicle to help avoid collisions and incidents while driving. Or potentially Driveosity, which is a service that monitors your driving to ensure safe driving.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Possess navigational skills, including the ability to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Demonstrate an outstanding and friendly attitude toward customer service.
• Possess basic math skills.
• Works well with others and is able to work well under the stress of a high-paced environment.
• Organized, efficient in time management, and able to multitask.
• Able to respond to customer concerns.
• Must be a team player and follow all Team Sharma Domino's Policies.
• Must ensure all store calls are answered after the first ring.
