DescriptionApplication deadline: Jul 11, 2026. The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You will drive customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. You will be proficient in architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to each customer, gathering requirements, assessing current infrastructure, and proposing effective migration strategies. As a trusted advisor, you will lead the implementation process, ensure adherence to best practices, optimize performance, and manage risks throughout the project.Key ResponsibilitiesDesigning and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needsProviding technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project deliveryCollaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategiesActing as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologiesSharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifactsBasic Qualifications3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience2+ years of working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies (e.g., Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations)3+ years of programming with at least one software programming language3+ years experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) using industry standard toolingPreferred QualificationsAWS Professional level certification, or Associate's degree or aboveExperience with automation or scripting languages such as Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash, or ShellKnowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPRExperience communicating technical concepts to non‑technical audiencesExperience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projectsExperience with AI/ML technologiesProficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation)Benefits and CompensationThe base salary range for this position varies by location. Compensation includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
