Job Title: Delivery Account Operations Associate

Location: Coppell, TX

Job Type: Hourly Consultant

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5 pm

Pay: $17.25 - $22.91 per hour

Essential Functions:

Develop, maintain, and enhance operational reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

Extract, cleanse, validate, and transform data from multiple internal and external sources.

Perform quantitative analysis to identify trends, operational gaps, and opportunities to increase print sales and improve order billing accuracy.

Create and support workload balancing models for designated delivery and operations workgroups.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver accurate, timely reporting solutions.

Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all reporting outputs.

Automate recurring reports and operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Provide ad-hoc analysis to support leadership decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Document reporting processes, data definitions, and best practices to support standardization and governance.

Support continuous improvement efforts through data-driven operational insights.

Skills:

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling; macros/VBA a plus)

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and visualization platforms

Knowledge of database structures, data extraction, and query concepts

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

Understanding of data governance, data quality, and compliance practices

Data storytelling skills with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Strong written and visual report development capabilities

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in reporting, data analytics, business intelligence, or operations analytics

Experience supporting operational or delivery/account management environments preferred

Demonstrated ability to automate reporting and improve process efficiency

Education: Associate's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business, or a related field required

Bachelor's degree preferred

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
