The City of Greensboro is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Delinquent Revenue Assistant to support the Collections Division in the recovery and management of delinquent accounts. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate records, assisting customers, and supporting the collection of outstanding debts related to parking violations, assessments, and miscellaneous billings. Compensation and Benefits:
Hiring Salary Range: $41,600.00 - $49,747.00. Full Salary Range: $41,600.00 - $73,176.00 Annually

The Collections Division supports the City's financial stability by managing delinquent accounts and ensuring responsible recovery of outstanding revenue. The division works closely with customers, external agencies, and City departments to resolve account issues while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
