The Market Kitchen Supervisor plays a key leadership role in the Market Kitchen, overseeing day-to-day operations of the team. This position is responsible for supervising and developing Market Kitchen Prep Cooks, ensuring exceptional product quality, presentation, and outstanding customer service. The Supervisor fosters a culture of hospitality and holds team members to high standards of customer engagement—ensuring each guest feels welcomed, heard, and cared for.
