The Deli Manager oversees all functions of the Deli Department to meet sales and profit targets.
Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations, verifying deliveries, controlling expenses, maintaining inventory quality, and handling damages.
The role involves training and supervising staff, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service.
Additional duties include assisting with slicing, preparing deli trays, and ensuring proper sanitation and safety policies are followed.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of deli experience, can lift up to 50 pounds, possesses basic math and communication skills, and can stand for extended periods.
This full-time, on-site position reports to the Deli Supervisor/Store Director.
