Regina's Grocery is an Italian-American sandwich shop built on family recipes, quality ingredients, and attention to detail. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, moves with urgency, and wants to be part of a team that cares about food and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare sandwiches, salads, and daily menu items to Regina's standards
- Slice meats, cheeses, and prepare ingredients throughout the day
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all prep and service stations
- Follow recipes and portion standards consistently
- Receive and organize deliveries
- Assist with prep including sauces, vegetables, cutlets, meatballs, and other daily production
- Work efficiently during busy lunch and catering periods
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Previous deli, sandwich shop, restaurant, or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Passion for food and hospitality
