OverviewThe Cheese & Deli Assistant Manager supports the operational success of the Cheese & Deli department at Plum Market. This role assists with purchasing, inventory control, production, team supervision, and merchandising to ensure the department is well-stocked, visually appealing, and delivers outstanding retail Customer Service. Working closely with the department Manager, this position plays a key role in meeting margin goals, maintaining high standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
