About the Role:
As a Delegation Oversight Coordinator at MedPOINT Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our delegation processes run smoothly and efficiently. Join our dynamic team in Sherman Oaks, CA, and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare management services.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the delegation processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of delegated entities to ensure quality performance.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for staff on delegation policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to delegation oversight.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in delegation practices.
  • Support the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management or compliance roles.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and delegation processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in healthcare compliance is a plus.
