10-4 Logistics USA, headquartered in Sheridan, Wyoming, is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a full‑time Dedicated Class A CDL Regional Delivery position based in Cedar City, UT. This role provides predictable schedules, consistent miles, weekly home time and competitive compensation with benefits.

  • Routes & schedule
    • Dedicated routes originating from Tacoma, WA, with deliveries to California, Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Washington, Oregon and Montana.
    • Average of 18 stops per week.
    • Weekly home time with a guaranteed 34‑hour reset.
    • Designated parking for trucks assigned to each lane at the Cedar City location; drivers are not permitted to take trucks home and must have reliable local transportation.
  • Equipment & freight
    • Modern sleeper tractors with automatic transmissions pulling 53' dry van trailers.
    • No‑touch freight (primarily store deliveries).
    • Drivers must maintain safe material‑handling awareness and follow established safety and load‑securement procedures as applicable.
  • Compensation & benefits
    • Average weekly pay: $1,600–$1,800 via direct deposit.
    • Stop pay: $20 per stop.
    • Detention pay: $20 per hour, beginning after 2 hours.

  • Primary responsibilities
    • Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT, state and company regulations.
    • Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries to meet on‑time performance targets.
    • Perform and document pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections; submit DVIRs and trip reports as required.
    • Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and required shipping documentation.
    • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers and maintenance personnel.
    • Adhere to company safety policies, quality standards and secure parking procedures.
  • Minimum qualifications
    • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A).
    • Minimum of 3 months verifiable tractor‑trailer experience within the past year.
    • Clean motor vehicle record.
