Our client, is a Energy Services company, is looking for a Deburring Technician for their Kalispell, MT location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Part Finishing: Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from metals (steel, aluminum, titanium) and composites.
  • Tool Usage: Utilize rotary tools, air grinders, belt sanders, files, and deburring knives,
  • Inspection: Inspect parts visually and with tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensional specifications.
  • Quality Control: Ensure components are within tolerances and meet cosmetic requirements.
  • Documentation: Review work instructions, complete travelers/logs, and maintain traceability records.
  • Safety/5S: Maintain a clean, organized work area, following safety guidelines and using PPE.
 
Requirements:
  • A&G MachineA&G Machine +6
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: Usually 1+ years in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Skills: Strong manual dexterity, ability to read and understand technical drawings/blueprints, and knowledge of GD&T
