Position Summary
Wage, Schedule, and Benefits
Wage: $20 - $40 an hour, DOE
Available Shifts:
2nd (Mon-Thurs 3 pm to 1:30 am)
3rd (Fri-Sun 5 am to 5 pm)

Parker Hannifin is currently seeking experienced individuals with specialization in deburring parts to join our team at the Commercial Flight Controls Division facility in Ogden, UT. The ideal candidate will have experience deburring precision parts at a high-quality level. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Essential Functions
 
Deburring machined metal parts using rotary hand tools
Visually inspect machined parts for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments, gauges, and comparators
Observe all safety rules, company policies, and procedures
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
2+ years of general or related deburring, grinding, or machining experience
Ability to commit part features to memory
Ability to read and follow blueprints, specifications, and verbal instructions
Effective written and verbal communication
Ability to use a computer and relevant software
High school diploma or GED
High attention to detail
Ability to work repetitively
Excellent hand-eye coordination
Typical Mental and Physical Demands
Ability to walk, sit, and stand for extended periods of time
Ability to work in repetitive motions for extended periods of time
Manual dexterity and use of hands to operate machinery
Demonstrate vision ability to look at and recognize specific part features
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
