conversion into Flex FTE after 6 months. Flex will arrange logistics for their travel to Guadalajara, Mexico (60 days on-the-job training) before starting in Memphis, so all candidates need to travel accordingly
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Debug Technician with experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and PCBA assemblies in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in component-level diagnostics, electronic test equipment, and supporting production and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and PCBA assemblies to the component level.
- Perform testing using oscilloscopes and other electronic test equipment.
- Support equipment installation, debugging, validation, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering to resolve technical issues and update procedures.
- Develop and maintain PCBA debug guides and work instructions.
- Train and mentor technicians on debugging processes and best practices.
- Maintain production documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Required Skills:
- Experience with PCBA debugging and component-level troubleshooting.
- Proficiency using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and electronic test equipment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical assemblies.
- Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.
