WHAT TO EXPECT AS OUR DEBT RECOVERY COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST
You'll be in our cozy call center, contacting people with large outstanding balances and doing what you can to collect payments. You'll specifically work with people with consumer loans and credit card debt and encourage them to make payments. Every day, you'll make phone calls, overcome objections, and do what you can to meet recovery goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills will be your keys to success.
YOUR HOURS
Our Debt Recovery Collections Specialists typically work from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays), 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (Wednesdays), and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Fridays).
REQUIREMENTS
