We're looking for a proven Used Car Manager who knows how to drive inventory turn, maximize gross, and lead a high-performing team.

What You'll Do
- Own the used car operation-inventory, pricing, and performance
- Drive inventory turn and profitability
- Manage reconditioning speed and cost
- Oversee online merchandising and marketing
- Desk deals, close customers, and coach your team
- Recruit, train, and develop top-producing sales consultants
- Track and manage KPIs (units, gross, turn, closing ratio)
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years Used Car Management experience
- Strong track record of turn + gross performance
- Hands-on leader who can desk and close deals
- Experience with inventory acquisition & pricing tools
- Ability to drive urgency and hold a team accountable
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
