Dealership Admin Assistant
The Dealership Admin performs a variety of administrative tasks for the purpose of supporting financial processing and control efforts.
This role reports to the Business Manager.
Logistics
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the dealership office, managers, and accounting team
Maintain organized filing systems (deal jackets, contracts, inventory records, etc.)
Handle basic customer service issues and escalate when needed
Checks in Titles - Receives (in Mail), documents receipt in internal data warehouse, distributes title documentation
Review deal jackets for accuracy, ensuring all paperwork (contracts, financing, DMV docs) is complete
Perform data entry for vehicle sales, service tickets, and customer information
Assist with scheduling (meetings, interviews, service appointments)
Assists with preparation of paperwork of sales transactions
Routes invoices for processing
Help with accounts payable/receivable tasks (invoicing, receipts, basic reconciliations)
Other projects as assigned
