Position Description:
The Dealer Rental Program Coordinator handles the day-to-day activities needed to aid the Dealer Daily Rental Manager, internal personnel, and partners with rental related business. This position utilizes various systems, databases, and online tools to respond to inquiries and investigate concerns. The coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for the dealer network, providing support and guidance on all aspects of the dealer rental program by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and consistent experience across the dealer body.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent communication skills to support customers, and a high level of accuracy with attention to detail.
Experience communicating with and supporting the dealer body.
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree
