The Operations Support Supervisor-Dealer Receivables will be responsible for maintaining a high performing team of Operations Support Specialists. The dealer receivables team is responsible for managing the invoicing and collections of ancillary product cancellations for both OneMain Auto’s Direct and Indirect lending programs as well as Indirect lending loan unwinds and dealer buy backs. This will be done through administrative and dealer service-oriented tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Team member engagement and development: will be responsible for training and coaching team members, developing career paths and engagement opportunities as well as performance management.
  • Capacity planning and strategy execution: will assist with capacity planning and will be responsible for executing strategy changes.
  • Scheduling and workflow management: multiple workstreams and move resources as needed.
  • Reporting and oversight: responsible for production of team members and ensuring team members meet productivity and quality goals.
  • Outreach management for development and recruitment, retention and growth plans.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency gains, technology strategies, and overall process improvements.
  • Oversee team knowledge of ancillary products, invoicing and refunds and serve as subject matter expert.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5 or more year(s) in customer service.
  • Experience with ancillary products and/or invoicing.
  • Experience in building relationships and partnerships.
  • Experience in resolving non-routine issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to accomplish results in a team-based environment.
  • High level of motivation to deliver results.
  • History of using sound reasoning and exercising good judgement.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new and multiple programs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
