The Deal Support Specialist provides operational and analytical support to investment teams across the full deal lifecycle. This includes coordinating deal documentation, facilitating approvals, and ensuring timely execution of transactions.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deal-related tasks simultaneously. It involves collaboration with investment professionals, legal, finance, and external counterparties.
Support end-to-end deal execution, including preparation and review of deal documents, approvals, and closing checklists
Coordinate internal and external parties involved in transactions, such as legal, finance, and counterparties
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all deal-related activities
Maintain deal tracking systems, dashboards, and workflow reports
Assist with P&L, cash flow, and transaction impact tracking for executed deals
Identify process inefficiencies, workflow gaps, or potential risks and propose solutions
Prepare daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reports on deal activity for management and investment teams
Support post-closing tasks, including documentation filing, audit support, and reconciliation
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with deal execution, investment operations, or transaction support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel; experience with deal management, workflow, or reporting systems is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Interest in investment transactions, deal workflows, and operational excellence
