Initio Sphere is onboarding Deal Structuring Review Analysts to ensure transactions are structured, documented, and executed in alignment with best-in-class private capital practices.
This is not an employment role. Deal Structuring Review Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.
Once approved, Deal Structuring Review Analysts:
Review and validate deal structures for alignment with investor objectives and market standards
Ensure transaction terms, documentation, and economics are properly organized for execution
Support coordination between investors, sponsors, and analysts to streamline deal progression
Identify structural, legal, or operational risks in live deals
Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that successfully close
Build a verified track record in deal structuring and execution within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in private equity, venture capital, real estate capital markets, or corporate development with a focus on transaction structuring and review.
Approved Deal Structuring Review Analysts may:
Analyze transaction structures, term sheets, and deal documentation
Validate financial, equity, debt, and hybrid structures against market norms
Identify gaps or inconsistencies in proposed deal terms
Recommend refinements to align risk/reward with investor objectives
Coordinate process handoffs between sponsors, investors, and analysts
Ensure diligence, modeling, and supporting materials are aligned for execution
Track key transaction milestones to ensure readiness for closing
Flag execution risks that may impact timing or outcomes
Confirm compliance with relevant securities, tax, and operational frameworks
Support documentation and closing readiness reviews
Provide structured insights to stakeholders on deal readiness and potential issues
Deal Structuring Review Analysts are not responsible for sourcing deals or performing detailed financial modeling; their focus is structural validation, risk review, and execution support.
Based on approval, Deal Structuring Review Analysts may work on:
Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
Private equity and growth equity transactions
Operating business acquisitions
Structured finance, credit, or hybrid instruments
Special situations and opportunistic investments
Deal types are approved based on prior experience and structuring expertise.
Analysts earn success-based compensation tied to deals that close
Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction
Performance bonuses may apply for complex or high-value deals
Compensation is paid upon successful deal close and fee collection
No cap on earnings for consistently high-quality structuring and review

There is no cold outreach or blind pitching; deals are assigned via curated, platform-driven channels.
Deal Structuring Review Analysts do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit securities
Market investments to the public
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All activity is limited to deal structuring, review, and execution oversight, and must comply with applicable securities laws.
Private equity or venture capital professionals with structuring experience
Real estate capital markets or development professionals
Corporate development or M&A associates familiar with deal execution
Advisors or consultants with exposure to transaction structuring and review
Experienced operators who understand capital structuring and execution risk
Monetize transaction structuring expertise without sourcing deals
Earn on closed deals without taking underwriting risk
Build a verified track record in deal structuring and execution
Work directly with credible investors, sponsors, and analysts
