Deal Review Advisors are a critical tier of our ecosystem—providing high-level strategic and transaction-focused guidance to sponsors, funds, and investors while earning through advisory engagements and building credibility within our network.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Deal Review Advisors to provide independent, high-touch deal evaluation, strategic guidance, and capital-market insights. This is an independent contractor role, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Deal Review Advisors:

• Conduct detailed reviews of potential transactions, including structure, valuation, and strategic fit

• Advise fund managers, investors, and deal sponsors on capital strategy, deal terms, and risk mitigation

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts on deal diligence, modeling, and execution best practices

• Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure

• Build a verified Advisor Track Record within the ecosystem

This role is ideal for experienced operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or senior consultants with a proven record of evaluating, structuring, or closing capital transactions.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Deal Review Advisors may:

• Evaluate deal structures, term sheets, and investment opportunities, providing actionable feedback

• Advise fund managers on fundraising strategy, LP engagement, and transaction readiness

• Guide sponsors through diligence oversight, negotiation strategy, and deal execution

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts in modeling, diligence processes, and deal evaluation

• Offer operational and portfolio advisory insights to enhance value creation

• Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investors

Advisors focus on strategic guidance, deal validation, and relationship-driven deal activation. Day-to-day transaction execution is not expected unless approved.

Eligible Advisory Areas

• Deal structuring, transaction review, and investment committee support

• Fund formation, capital raising, and LP communications

• Portfolio company operational advisory and value creation strategy

• Mentorship and technical training for analysts and deal scouts

• Investor relations and network strategy

Approval is granted based on experience, track record, and demonstrated ability to advise on real transactions.

Compensation & Deal Economics

• Independent contractor structure

• Hourly rates: $200–$500, depending on experience, track record, and engagement scope

• Transaction-based incentives may apply for advisory on closed deals

• Payments issued after successful completion of advisory milestones or deal closure

• No cap on earnings for consistent high-value contributions

How Advisors Get Activated

1. Submit an Advisor application detailing background, deal history, and relevant track record

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin working with funds, sponsors, and analysts on approved engagements

This process ensures selectivity, credibility, and direct access to live deal opportunities.

• Market investments outside approved channels

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All work must comply with applicable securities laws and focus on strategic guidance, mentoring, and deal evaluation.
