Initio Sphere is onboarding Deal Origination Consultants to identify, source, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.
This is a certified contractor role, not employment. Consultants operate independently and are activated through a verification and approval process.
Once approved, Deal Origination Consultants will:
Identify and source off-market or proprietary investment opportunities
Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network
Provide context on the opportunity (asset type, structure, economics, thesis)
Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close
Build a verified track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
This role is ideal for professionals with access to deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and networked professionals.
Approved Deal Origination Consultants may:
Source proprietary or semi-proprietary deals
Connect opportunities with the right capital partners
Provide high-level context to enhance deal attractiveness
Facilitate introductions and smooth early-stage handoffs to analysts for diligence
Note: Consultants are not responsible for underwriting, modeling, or capital raising.
Based on approval, Consultants may submit opportunities across:
Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
Private equity and growth equity transactions
Operating businesses and special situations
Structured or opportunistic investments
Deal categories are approved based on experience and sourcing credibility.
Success-based compensation only
Typical earnings: $1,000–$10,000+ per closed deal
Paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection
Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Consultant role
No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality deal flow

Begin submitting qualified deals to the network
No cold pitching or blind outreach: all deals are introduced through curated platform channels.
Deal Origination Consultants do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit securities
Market investments to the public
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All activity is limited to deal introduction and relationship facilitation, compliant with applicable securities laws.
Operators with visibility into real transactions
Brokers and intermediaries with proprietary deal flow
Advisors, consultants, or founders close to capital needs
Networked professionals who consistently hear about deals early
Monetize deal flow without building a fund
Earn on transactions without underwriting risk
Work directly with credible capital allocators
