JOB TITLE: Deal Analyst
LOCATION: Chicago, IL or Atlanta, GA (3 days onsite)
DURATION: 12 months
RATE RANGE: $35-$40/hr

POSITION SUMMARY:

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational efficiency and deal strategy? We are looking for a motivated and analytical individual to join our Deal Operations team in a contractor capacity. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our Sales organization by assisting with general administrative responsibilities, including quoting and generating Order Forms. You will work closely with the Deal Operations team to ensure accurate pricing, clean Order Forms, and well-maintained operational dashboards, all while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver the best possible deal support.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Deal Operations with general administrative responsibilities, including quoting and generating Order Forms
  • Ensure accurate pricing and clean Order Forms across all deals
  • Maintain and update operational dashboards to support deal tracking and reporting
  • Partner with Deal Operations to support the Sales organization from a deal strategy and operational efficiency standpoint
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer, prospect, and client-facing proposals

QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills:

  • Knowledge of the Quote to Cash lifecycle, or a strong desire to apply sales process experience in this area
  • Understanding of general software pricing models, with knowledge of SaaS pricing and licensing models being a strong plus
  • Ability to comfortably partner and engage with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal deal support for Sales
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Proven team player with experience working across functions to deliver results

Experience:

  • Prior experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) preferred, with experience in other CRM platforms also acceptable
