Training Administrator Pay Range: $25-28/hour

The pay range for this position is $25.00-$28.50 per hour. This range represents the expected hourly compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, demonstrated competencies, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs. This position may also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements


The Training Administrator provides administrative, scheduling, documentation, and reporting support for training and operator qualification activities within the Gas Operations training function. This role supports training coordination, testing administration, records management, travel coordination, audit readiness, and communication with Operations teams. The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, confidentiality, and the ability to support field employees, trainers, and operations leaders in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment. This position has the flexibility to work between our Cortland, NY & Syracuse, NY offices

  • Maintains accurate training records, testing information, OQ documentation, rosters, reports, and audit materials
  • Reviews details carefully to ensure information is complete, organized, and aligned with operational and customer requirements

  • Communicates clearly and professionally with field employees, trainers, Operations leaders, and other stakeholders
  • Provides responsive support for testing, scheduling, records requests, travel coordination, and general training-related questions

  • Supports audit readiness through consistent documentation, recordkeeping, and follow-through

Education and Experience Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in business management, human resources, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
