Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented DDC Controls Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems to ensure optimal performance. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, control systems, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Install, program, and configure DDC systems for HVAC and building automation.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of DDC systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to control systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
• Provide technical support and training to clients as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including service reports and system updates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in DDC and building automation technologies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in HVAC, electronics, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience with DDC systems and building automation.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and control strategies.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay Range: $60,000 to $75,000 USD
