Doctor of Physical Therapy – Multi-Clinic Role (St. Pete, Bradenton, Sarasota, Venice) Sign On Bonus!!

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Physical Therapy Director to lead operations across multiple outpatient clinics. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, performance-driven, and ready to grow with a rapidly expanding physical therapy practice. This is a hands-on leadership position combining patient care with management responsibilities.

  • Performance-Based Compensation Model: $95,000 to $125,000
  • Performance pay, based on number of patients seen per day.
  • PTAs compensated on a per-patient basis at a lower rate.
  • PTs can see up to 12 patients/day with full schedules and efficient bookings.
  • Opportunities for significant income growth with higher patient volumes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform patient evaluations in each clinic at least once per week.
  • See and treat patients across multiple office locations (e.g., St. Pete, Sarasota, Venice and Bradenton).
  • Utilize clinic software to optimize scheduling using “No Show Probability” data to ensure full days.
  • Encourage double-booking high no-show patients to maximize caseloads.
  • Participate in strategic planning and scaling of services across new locations.
  • Option to work flexible hours, including evenings (e.g., 10am–7pm on Tuesdays/Thursdays) to help expand patient access.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience; management experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with multi-site operations, staff supervision, and financial oversight is a plus.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a growth-focused and performance-based environment.
