Job Description: Job Overview Operates and maintains standard machines and tools used in manufacturing processes to achieve production targets. Job Requirements Managing, scheduling preventive maintenance, troubleshooting the machines to check for malfunctions, identifying the root cause, and calling for repairs. Maintaining a clean, safe, organized shop environment, ensuring compliance with standard environmental health and safety policies and procedures. Interpreting blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery, promptly addressing equipment failures, calibrating errors, and reporting them to management. Performing routine component installations and maintenance, maintaining records of equipment usage, timekeeping system, repair history, reliability, and other factors. What your background should look like Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required.
